How can I personalize my storybook?
Every part of it is yours to shape. Choose your photos, add your captions, and sequence them in the order that feels right. Dedicate it to someone you love, or to a memory you want to hold onto. In the upload step you can rearrange, swap, and delete photos until the selection feels exactly right. Save your progress and come back when you're ready to finalize your story.
How do the illustrations work?
Once you finalize your story and complete checkout, our engines start firing right away. You'll watch your photos transform in real time — every image illustrated on screen while we build your story. Within 24 hours you'll receive an email with a preview of your storybook to approve and send to print. Nothing ships until you've approved it.
When does my card get charged?
At checkout — before our engine creates your story. Nothing prints until you've approved your preview.
